Kuih Kapit Maker Machine Operating Instructions

  • Step 1: Preparation: Wipe the unit clean, confirm the unplugged cord is undamaged, then lightly brush the upper and lower plates with a thin film of oil or butter to stop sticking.
  • Step 2: Preheating the Machine: Place the machine on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Plug in the power cord and turn on the kuih kapit machine. Wait approximately 5-10 minutes for the baking trays to reach the optimal operating temperature.
  • Step 3: Filling the Batter: Pour the appropriate amount of prepared Kuih Kapit batter into the mixing bowl. The batter will then be automatically poured onto the lower baking tray. Close the lid and begin baking.
  • Step 4: Baking the Kuih Kapit: Keep the baking trays closed and bake for approximately 1 minute. The exact time varies depending on the recipe.
  • Step 4: Removing and Rolling: The lid automatically opens, and the operator removes the Kuih Kapit. Immediately roll it into its classic shape. Once cooled, the Kuih Kapit will set its shape and become crispy and delicious.
