Production Process of Ice Cream Cone Maker
Temperature Regulation: Using the temperature control knob regulate temperature. The operator sets the desired temperature, allowing the upper and lower dies to heat up for even baking.
Raising the Upper Die: When the temperature rises, pull up the upper die. The upper die lifts to expose the lower die, ensuring easy batter pouring.
Closing the Lower Die: The lower die of the ice cream cone maker machine is secured to prevent batter leakage and maintain proper cone shape.
Pouring the Batter: A measured amount of batter is poured onto the machine's lower die, spreading slightly within the mold.
Pressing the Upper Die: Then press the upper die to connect with the lower die. The upper die presses down, shaping and baking the batter into a ice cream cone.
Baking the Cone: This machine heat the batter for 90-120 seconds, ensuring the ice cream cones with a golden, firm structure.
Raising the Upper Die & Releasing the Lower Die: The upper die lifts, and the lower die loosens, allowing the cone to detach.
Ejection & Collection: The finished cone drops onto a chute or conveyor for cooling and packaging.
