Eight ounces cream cheeses, softened
Two cups all-purpose flour
One teaspoon salt

        Cut the butter and the cream cheese into portions and drop into the bowl of a food processor fitted together with the metal blade. Process for some seconds to mix both of them.Add the flour and salt, and process until the dough all fits in place within a ball. Break up the dough into two equal portions, and plop each ball onto a piece of waxed paper. Form into logs about two inches across, and roll tightly from the paper, twisting the conclusion like candy wrappers. Refrigerate until company, for any least two hours.
When ready to bake, pr-heat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the dough rolls into biscuits about  -inch thick and put around the baking sheet. Bake until firm and lightly glowing on the edges, about 11 minutes. Cool before providing.
